Team Composition and Corporate Governance
To protect proprietary information and maintain operational continuity, ZeroChain limits the public disclosure of its non-founding engineering personnel. Ultimate legal governance, corporate carriage, and strategic risk management rest solely with the company's Board of Directors. Consequently, all employees and external consultants are contractually and legally insulated from direct corporate liability. The technical execution of ZeroChain's infrastructure is driven by a highly credentialed core engineering unit, which includes:

- Data Layer Lead: Holds a Summa Cum Laude Master of Science and is currently completing a PhD thesis.

Andrew brings 30+ years across global investment banking, capital markets, and alternative asset management. Senior roles at Transcity (Bank of New York), Schroders, NatWest, and IBJ (Mizuho) spanned financial engineering, balance-sheet restructuring, interest rate and asset-swap portfolio management, and institutional hedge fund construction. He founded a funds management group that operated a nine-year institutional hedge fund.
At ZeroChain, Andrew is the primary architect of the capital flows adoption framework and is responsible for the financial architecture of the ecosystem, capital markets strategy, and the Ark2 Labs revenue model.
